Deposit Requirements

 

We require a 50% deposit within 7 days to secure the booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.

 

Payment options

 

We accept:

• Visa, Mastercard & American Express (4% surcharge for American Express/Amex)

• Electronic Funds Transfer (Details on Invoice)

Cancellation Policy

 

If cancellation occurs more than 30 days notice, payment & deposit will be refunded less $50. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation plus $50 unless the accommodation can be rebooked. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge of the deposit paid when booking.

For bookings during peak periods if less than 30 days notice is given, total payment will not be refunded unless the accommodation can be rebooked.

If extra cleaning is required a surcharge may apply.

Departure times - before 11am or by arrangement
